36 characters is a lot and when there are too many characters, its hard to decide who to use, so thats kinda a lot.

Actually, if you count transformations then there are 39. Including three different pokemon for PT. Speaking of transformations, you can now pick which of the 3 pokemon PT sends out to start the battle. You can also pick between Zelda/Shiek and you start with ZSS by holding down the R button the CC or GC controller and holding down - on the Wiimote and holding Z with the Wiimote/chuck.

Seems some copies have been leaked early in japan, only a few days but early none the less, ive seen alot of scans flooding the internet all day, these seem to be legit but only time will tell
