Too be honest, I have never played a decant movie based game. Probly the best game I have played is Spiderman.

Spiderman 2 was pretty good but Goldeneye was totally the best.

I can't think of many. I think Iron Man looks good, and if Starwars Battlefront counts, then that was good. Indiana Jones for PS3/360 looks decent. I don't know, since I don't have many from movies.

I wouldn't say Battlefront counts because its not actually based off a movie. Liscensed is different from based directly off a movie. One is usually bad and the other is (almost) always bad, respectively. I did really really love the spiderman 2 game, but sold it a while ago to get Battle for Middle Earth 2. Cars 1 and 2 (Mater-National), both for wii, are decent games if you wanna rent a kids game or if you have a lil bro or sis. as for the best? I can't think of anything to go up against Goldeneye :/

idk man, im a huge lord of the rings fan, but the games based off the movies were just a little better than mediocre. how i wish they made a movie to go with battle for middle earth (a 3 hour battle scene!!!)

most time put in to a game of course golden eye, when i was a kid i always loved the disney games on the genesis, Toy Story Aladin etc, solid plat formers. Best Game to Movie by far is hitman. tomb raider coming in second

i guess LOTR games arent really up there with the best movie-based games, but in my opinion, for the system they ran on (i had GC) were really good, both mechanics wise and visually...
the stage select idea for the games kinda bugged me, cus they probably could've figured out a better way of structurin the game and also added more battles,but they were pretty sweet, and had a decent amount of replay value...at least return of the king did for me...
im jus sayin that the LOTR games were second to goldeneye in this "competition" for me at least...

I've always thought Movie games stunk but Marvel has always had great Movie games, I haven't played many Movie games now that I think of it so I guess I can't really say!!!

One thing I have to say is that I've never gotten in to Movie games because there are a whole lot of them & most of them are just put on the market to make some money & haven't really bean made with good quality!! But there are some great ones as well!! I have no idea which one to call the "Best"

I remember now the Aladdin game for SNES I beat it not so long ago.
But that was a good game

Golden eye is by far the best. You could sit for hours just killing guys if you set off an alarm and not get bored.

Other than Golden eye I would say return of the king for GC it had decent replay value. It was fun to just shoot people with arrows after you unlocked the cheat code.

After Return of the King I would have to say... the Star Wars series. No matter how you look at it you can never say you at least had some challenge playing Return of the Jedi for SNES. It was a fun game, after all its Star Wars. ^.^

well, i havnt played too many movie to game games but i would go with spiderman for the GC......probably one of the worst games ever made....but a good movie to game game
