    Wii Memory Size Problem Fix ?

    Does anyone know when N will fix the Wii Memory Size Problem and how will they do it ?

    I am getting tired of deleting and moving games from the SD card, it would be nice to run games from the SD card or a USB drive.

    When Wii Ware game come in May, it looks like some of them will be fun to play and I hope they give us a firmware fix or something to fix this problem before they hit. It looks like some of the Wii Ware games may be big in size.

    If they don't give us a firmware fix, will they sell us a USB hard drive ? I would like to also download add on stuff for the games that I have (new levels, characters, songs, ect.) and if they sell a hard drive add-on, then we may see some demo's of future games.

    i wouldnt be surprised if the big N takes the same approach they took with the DS just giving us a newer Wii model with better HDtv support bigger HD etc. But thats all just a guess.

    They might do that...eventually. But no one has heard of anything about thatand the current Wii's are comin of shelves like hotcakes (why do hotcakes sell so well anyways?) Nintendo won't make a new Wii until the recent ones stop being sold as well, as seeing you still can't find one, I doubt that'll happen anytime soon.

    I agree, i dont see them messing with a good thing until sales start to drop. The current wii isnt going to get any more harddrive space from a firmware update, and if nintendo was working on a harddrive i would of expected it to be atleas mentioned at this point with programs like Wii Ware about to launch.

    I wish there was a way for the Wii to use my Wireless Router to gain direct access to my:

  • 500gb External Hard Drive
  • Printer
  • Pictures and Videos
  • PC Software

    I hope they do not wait for Wii 2 to fix this problem, they need to fix it before Wii Ware comes in May.
