What you see in the video above is Real Virtual Skater, a hack which utilizes the Wiimote's guts in a small box attached to the bottom of a skateboard. As you can imagine, it lets you play as if you're actually skateboarding. The game the tech is being demonstrated on is Tony Hawk's Pro Skater.
