IMO, PCs are better for gaming, Macs are better for most everything else, and Linux is better for geeks.

My opinions (obviously true):
Windows = Virus free unless you fail or use that abomination they call Vista,I've used no antvirus for the last 3 years, and had no viruses.
Mac = Lol, you cant maximise the windows
Linux = 80% ownage, 20% bugs
I like linux, use it on my laptop about 30%.
Also don't get me started about Vista, IMO it should be made illegal to own a PC with vista on it. XP is perfect fast, looks nice, 100% software compatibility and even runs great on old hardware (I have a laptop with a 600mhz cpu and 188mb RAM[REALLY crappy] which boots xp in about 40 seconds, and a 3ghz quad core with 4gb RAM, a SSD and a high end gpu could boot in about 10 seconds excluding the BIOS)

Yes PC's have more games, but if thats why you are complaining just get an xbox. why use pc's for gaming?
It makes so much more sense to just buy a game system. Besides mac's are faster, easier to use, simpler, and have way better/cooler features.
Not to mention, they can run windows, along side the basic mac operating system. So yes, they can play just as many video games as widows computers.
Can windows run leopard? Nope
Can Mac run XP/Vista? Yep
That was the deciding factor for me...

The alienware would FAR outbench the mac.. for about the same price, just put xp on it, and you're looking at 20-30 second boot times (faster than any mac)

Besides, Vista is a joke. My computer science teacher hates vista. My computer whizz best friend hates vista. The only person I know who likes vista only likes it because he spent so much money on it and doesn't want to admit that it sucks. The entire windows O.S. was stolen from Apple by Bill Gates. Guess what Bill Gates still uses... a Mac. The only thing Microsoft has done right was the 360 and even that has it's problems! Okay. I'm done ranting... for know.

i don't know what you're talking about duks but macs only take about a second or 2 to boot and pcs take about a few minutes on xp and you can even run windows on your mac so a mac does everything
I prefer Mac. But I do hate that they don't have as many games. They should work on that.
