I would not mind too much if they managed to get nintendo to stop importing wiis.
Think about it. the wii is already the most sought after console on the market. People kill for them. So if they were to stop being produced and shipped... think about how much there value would shoot up. Not only would they be one of the most craved things on the market, but now there would be a finite number of them. All I'm saying is; all of a sudden people would pay really good money for them. Not saying i would just sell mine off, but its nice to have your personal belongings all of a sudden jump to a much higher value than they were purchased for.
Obviously, this is just a hypothetical situation, and very unlikely.

that would kinda be good if nintendo was ready for another console maybe id sell my wii and get a lot of cash and get the new console

It would be nice but I dont think Nintendo is ready for a new console yet. The PS3 uses the six axis controller for motion but they don't use it very much.

ps3 barely uses 6-axis, besides, they are not suing because nintendo uses motion sensors! they are suing because the technology in motion sensors nintendo uses is a special type of motion sensor that they apparently invented, and copyrighted.
there are sooo many things that use motion sensor tecnology... if they could sue just because someone used motion sensors, they would be richer than bill gates.
