I think you should but the game like runescape is very addictive I don't have it but my friends do and they said they can't stop playing it but if you do have nothing to do this would great also you got to pay like 30 or 15 dollars a month i'am not sure. So in my opinion I would buy it but buy the first world of warcraft game not the lich king then after you beat that you can get the other ones.

The only reason I don't have WoW is because I don't want to have to pay for it to play. I've heard that it's a great game though.

I don't think you should play any MMO. I've seen a documentary on what they can do to you. Although you think you're not going to get addicted you probably will, as will be proven the first time you stay up at night playing WOW. Please just take my advice, because once you get older anything you did on an online game will seem totally worthless. Same goes for runescape.

what does mmo stand for because i know wow is an rpg type game and i have played many rpgs and they are fun but i don't get addicted and i played runescape for a few months and i never got addicted so i have know worrys

and why would they label you more of a nerd they would label you that only if you took off 4 days or a day of school or work to play wow:wotlk like many people did who went to the midnight launch (i watched some of its coverage) and this kid on my soccer team took off 3 days of school to play it so hes the nerd.

I wouldn't probably put a middle finger up in there faces. Think about it that is Millions of people who play this odd game that even myself almost got into like the people who truly understand. My friend tried to entice me into it but when I figured out about the monthly fee I was saying "sorry I am not spending my money on some game that I am not going to be playing all the time. Anyway those are millions upon millions of people who would be pissed if they heard that. Some of them probably have and are already pissed or just gotten past that phase and accepted that they play a nerdy game. I actually know a bunch of people who play WOW.

why don't you try the 10-14 day free trial at least because the game is totally worth it and if you take part in the contests you could win a ton of money like the contest now that is giving away 11 hundred dollars worth of stuff
