I could definitely see Megaman in SSBB. I could even tell everyone a probable move set for him to doubt. First off, Final Smash = Program Advance - LifeSword (huge wave flys through screenin straight path hitting everyone in its way).
Up Smash - Area Steal (teleports [to where I don't know])

B-Throw a piece (random size)
Side B-Super Slide
Down B-Slam Drop
Up B-Flip (knocks people and and makes Tetris go up a bit)
Final Smash-Call of the friends (loads of tetris bricks slide down screen)
