Hello! great news everyone, the wii is getting Fatal Frame IV as an exclusive title and suda51 "the creator of no more heroes" is one of the creators of this game. I played the previous titles of this franchise on PS2 and i really liked them, they were really scary and had great gameplay. With the addition of a very creative director as suda51 this can only mean that this game is gonna kick ass! Yeah! finally a real survival horror game for the wiiiiiii!

Fatal Frame IV, known as Zero ~Tsukihami no Kamen~ (零～月蝕の仮面～? lit. Zero ~Mask of the Lunar Eclipse~) in Japan, is the fourth installment of the Fatal Frame video game series.
Tecmo, developer of the previous titles in the series, has revealed the game will be released exclusively for the Wii console. This signals a major break for the series, with the previous three titles having been released on PlayStation 2 and eventually, Xbox.
It was revealed the game would be developed with the help of Grasshopper Manufacture.[2]
The project was delayed, apparently for the release of Grasshopper's No More Heroes, which was subsequently released toward the end of 2007. It is understood the game is now in development.
Adding confusion and speculation about the game's development, in January 2008, it was revealed that Nintendo will play a heavy role in the game's development, with directorship roles shared between Shibata Makoto, who has previously been involved in the direction of the Fatal Frame series and Goichi Suda (commonly known as Suda 51) from the previously mentioned Grasshopper Manufacture.[3] Although the game appears to joint effort between Tecmo, Grasshopper and Nintendo, it was revealed that the game will be published under the Nintendo banner, further fueling speculation that Nintendo has purchased the Fatal Frame franchise from Tecmo.
Notwithstanding these claims from industry insiders, solid details concerning the game's development, content and plot remain sketchy.
The game will be released July 31, 2008 in Japan.[4] The release date for America is still partially unknown, but it is expected to be released sometime in late September, or October of 2008.
