Well everybody seems to have this game now and I will just have to break the ice and do a review on it. Ratings are on the bottom if you don't want to waste time reading this stuff.
For now we all (I think) have seen what the conduit is like. Of course it is fun and great to play. It is really hard to find something bad about this game, but so far I have found at least 3 things that are bad. First off the story mode is too short from what I heard. The next thing is that it is certainly not a game for children who their parents don't let them play this type of stuff yet(no offense to any on WLT?). And also that there is no multiplayer that does not require the internet (even though I do like playing it through the internet).
Anybody who has not gotten The Conduit yet here are the many good things. The graphics are excellent (wii wise), the controls are awesome, and multiplayer is spectacular. The story is good, even if it is short and there is going to be a sequel. Well that is all I can say for right now. I will add more as the idea arises. Here are my ratings.
scale= 1-10
Graphics= 9.5
Multiplayer=9.5
Controls=10
Story= 8
Overall= 9.2
Yeah I agree although I thought the single player campaign deserves an 8/10. The story was okay but very predictable. I really liked the game. A lot of people say that the game was just a normal shooter. But this is the first shooter on the wii that really was impressive. The wii was lacking a shooter like this and I hope it inspired developers to make better and fresher games. Also the control scheme was perfect and the multiplayer added alot of replay value. It's not one of those games that you will play once and never again. Oh yeah the reason the multiplayer only had internet is because the Nintendo servers don't support any other way like LAN.
