There is actually quite a lot of Canadian History. I am supposed to be qualified to teach it.

yeh there was 2 white houses I heard the first one got burned down but the second one is still up.

Technically there was no Canada in 1812. Confederation was in 1867.
So it was the people who became Canadians who fought in the war of 1812. During the war Canada actually occupied more land than it does now. For example, General Brock took Fort Detroit with the help of Tecumseh and the natives.

The wait in emergency rooms is different depending on where you are. It isn't much different than other countries. The good part is we are guaranteed health care.

Ben will make a great teacher, I have no doubt.

And the health care is very solid. The wait is, like everywhere else. However, not having to worry about affording breaking your leg or some such in the future takes a lot off your mind. (Though the maple syrup is pretty sweet ;) )
